How much does it cost to switch to DV POS?

The cost depends on how big your business is. Plans start at US$39 per month and can go more than US$119 per month for each station per store location. Custom quotes are available for retailers with more stations or multiple outlets.

All plans include one free register per outlet.

How much time does it take to set up?

It really depends on how many products you have and how busy you are. Some merchants complete the process within a couple of hours, but if you have tons of SKUs and not a lot of free time, it could take weeks.
We do understand that time is money, so in order to make set-up as quick and painless as possible, we recommend that you prepare Excel or CSV files of the following before starting the process:

• List of all products barcodes
• List of prices and tax information

Is DV POS compatible with my existing hardware?

It’s very likely that DV POS works with most of printers, scanners and equipment you already have. We focus on making the software work with the best and most commonly devices.

But to be sure, please contact us to confirm your existing hardware.

I have an online store, will DV POS integrate with it?

DV POS support Open Cart ecommerce directly, if you have other type of online store, please contact us to verify. It might cost a little extra.

If I have questions, can I call your support directly?

We wouldn’t want you to get to get stuck either. Online and phone support is free with standard or higher monthly plan (basic plan has some time limitation), so you can send us a message or call when you get stuck.

What should I do before I call for help?

When possible, write down any information about error messages and take screen shots your issue. Next, attempt to recreate the issue. Often times, it helps to close the program and restart the computer to reset the system, and possibly resolve the problem.

Can my sale data stay locally, not kept at web cloud?

DV POS doesn’t store any sensitive data (like credit card info). We do support your sale data to storage web-based cloudy or locally.

Do I have to purchase POS hardware from you?

You can buy hardware from any vender, please contact us for the brands and model which we support.

We sale hardware too and offer a discount for purchasing.

Can I switch my POS to your's and keep my data?

We know how valuable your data is to you so we try our best to keep and convert it. Our support technician can transfer most of current POS data to DV POS. Please contact us to confirm the data transfer.

Can I cancel my plan anytime?

If you need to cancel your plan, you can do so at any time.
For monthly plan, you bill will reach to the end of cancelled month.
